ISRI Safety and Environmental Council (ISEC)

An open forum for exchanging ideas, lessons learned and guidance on safety, transportation and environmental assurance in the scrap recycling industry.

Participation in the council is open to all ISRI members with an interest in worklace safety, health, transportation & environmental issues. Working groups form to draft recommended practices creating an updated safety manual for all to use. Presentations from safety, environmental and transportation professionals throughout the industry provide updates on the latest safety & environmental best practices to meet compliance obligations.
